Begging for biscuits like normal!
Well, his Highness came home yesterday, after having surgery the afternoon prior, and promptly returned to his rightful place reigning the farm. Even though he isn’t allowed out (except to do his binness) he’s ruling from the sofa…and the full size mattress we conveniently placed for him in the floor of the living room.
What an amazing guy ! He’s getting around really well. Has only plopped down a couple of times. He’s getting up on his sofa and standing in front of the biscuit jar begging like he always has. He’s got a great appetite, is drinking well and pooped and peed right on his normal schedule. Please keep your fingers crossed that he continues on his great course !
Attaboy, Linus (or should it be Your Highness)! Since you’re ruling from the sofa, do you get control of the t.v. remote too??
Happy you’re home and your kingdom has been modified to accommodate your sleeping and resting needs. Now just get your subjects to leave the lid off the biscuit jar so you don’t have to beg.

Its the little things like a good appetite and regular poops that makes us tripawd parents happy. Chloe leaves presents about twice a day in the back yard, but I can’t imagine the large loads you have to clean up with a dog 100 lbs heavier… Glad to hear Linus is doing so well! Every day with Chloe brought new surprises such as proficiency standing, sitting, walking, and going potty with squat (for Chloe anyway). Hope he continues to do well, I am sure he will continue to surprise you (Chloe certainly has)!
